The unknown mastermind and leader of the Crowd of Crows syndicate who orchestrated all the crimes. He is extremely cunning, dangerous, and secretive, with no remorse nor empathy for others. He is not approachable by those in the outer rings of his organization and had the knack to recruit trustworthy underlings he could control.
